NHR is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join our dynamic team in various critical care settings.
About the Opportunity:
As a critical care Physician Assistant with NHR, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary team setting, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join our ICU, Cardiac Surgery Operating Room, and Urgent Care teams. These opportunities offer a range of challenges and rewards, from working on complex cardiac cases to providing urgent care services in our community clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care in a critical care setting
- Collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participating in multidisciplinary rounds and team huddles to coordinate patient care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and guidelines to provide evidence-based care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a critical care setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. medicine, nursing)
- Current certification as a Physician Assistant
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive salaries and benefits packages to our Physician Assistants, including:
- A base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
