Veteran Talent Program Lead

As a key member of our eTeam, you will drive the development and execution of our military recruiting programs, leveraging strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives to enhance our reach and impact. With a focus on scaling our efforts, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our Skills-first initiatives, ensuring a robust and diverse pipeline of military talent.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and optimize current recruitment strategies for external partners, military bases, and transition/veteran centers on military installations.
- Create a strategic framework to scale military recruiting programs with Hiring Our Heroes & DOD SkillBridge.
- Consult on training plans for our new DOD SkillBridge opportunities and support related recruitment activities.
- Recruit for and provide program support for Hiring our Heroes cohorts.
Key Deliverables:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive military recruiting strategy that aligns with our Skills-first initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, military bases, and transition/veteran centers on military installations.
- Research and recommend innovative programs, partnerships, and talent pipelines to enhance our military and veteran talent attraction strategies.
- Oversee and drive participation in national military events and recruiting conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and Military background is a huge plus.
- 5-6 years of experience + 1-2 years of Program management exp.
This pivotal role is designed to enhance our military recruiting programs and broaden our reach through strategic partnerships and targeted initiatives.
With a focus on scaling our efforts, the Veteran Talent Program Lead will drive recruitment strategies that align with our Skills-first initiatives, ensuring a robust and diverse pipeline of military talent.
In partnership with our Veteran's Leadership Network (VLN), the Veteran Talent Program Lead is strategically and tactically responsible for our military recruiting programs with Hiring Our Heroes & DOD SkillBridge.
This role acts as a liaison between Global Talent Acquisition, VLN, and the organizations across the enterprise by assessing business needs, developing, and executing military and veteran recruitment strategies, programs, and tools that support business objectives and Skills-first initiatives.
