We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Lebanon, a Colwen Hotels Property. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting
  • Take orders from guests and deliver to the appropriate person to execute
  • Answer questions regarding the menu and maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition
  • Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests
  • Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest's satisfaction
  • Collect plates and clear tables as guests finish their meal
  • Adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies
  • Clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures
  • Set tables to standards and ensure all items are clean and in good repair
  • Prepare guest checks and collect payment
  • Assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to solve problems
  • Ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a team
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a server preferred
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotational schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
