Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team at DISH. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our satellite TV and smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure DISH satellite TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet installation and maintenance goals
  • Travel to customer locations, including climbing ladders and working in varying weather conditions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Guaranteed promotion after 6 months with a $1.00/hour pay increase
