Job Responsibilities

As a Home Health LPN, you will be responsible for providing traditional nursing care to patients in their homes. Your duties may include:

  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with daily living activities (ADLs)
  • Vital sign monitoring
  • Respiratory home care
  • Daily assessments
  • Catheter care
  • Tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Enteral nutrition

Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available, with shifts accommodating days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing for Licensed Practical Nurses
  • Possess a pending or current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee LPN license
  • Hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and customer service orientation

All candidates must also pass a background and drug screening.
