Machinist Specialist

Rebar Machine Service is a leading OEM manufacturer of rebar fabrication equipment with over 30 years of experience.

We are seeking a reliable general job shop machinist to join our team.

• Ensure all machinery is in good working order before setup.
• Take precise measurements for cutting and shaping.
• Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments.
• Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines.
• Setup, adjust, and operate basic and specialized machine tools used to perform precision machining operations.
• Monitor the run throughout the cycle, checking that specifications are met.
• Measure, examine, and test completed parts to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications.
• Maintain machines and tools.
• Keep all work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety standards at all times.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a machinist.
• Great attention to detail and focus.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

$20-25 per hour, depending on experience. 60-day review for possible advancement. Eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment.
