Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at AEG. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with company standards.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of bartending experience, with a strong focus on customer service and cash handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
