Kiehl's Keyholder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at Kiehl's Since 1851 in Manhattan Village, CA. As a Keyholder, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and individual targets
• Provide superior customer service, building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
• Execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards to deliver a best-in-class experience
• Perform open and close procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
• Train new store employees and provide guidance on sales techniques and product knowledge

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Prior key holder experience preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required
