Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students in a K-12 setting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication development
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Michigan license required or ability to acquire before starting
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
