Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Car Electronics Installer to join our team at Best Buy. As an Autotech Agent, you will be responsible for installing new technology into customers' vehicles, following established procedures for recommending, troubleshooting, and installing mobile electronics specific to each vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install standard mobile electronic solutions, including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units
  • Verify vehicle make and model, and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation
  • Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Acquire and maintain required certifications
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience installing car electronics
  • Prior retail experience
