Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative in our dairy department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of waste properly.
- Ensuring that our products are stocked and easily accessible to our customers, including rotating stock, facing merchandise, and replenishing shelves as needed.
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals, promote products, and improve customer satisfaction.
