Role Summary: We are seeking a brand-savvy individual who is eager to contribute to the evolution of our brand strategies for both new and established brands within Asterix Communications.
As a Brand Strategist, you will be instrumental in supporting the formulation and implementation of brand strategies aimed at enhancing our brand equity and market visibility.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, your contributions will span various brand-building activities, including market analysis, brand positioning, creative assessment, and performance evaluation.
This role involves collaboration with our diverse business units, aiding in the development of product/service propositions, vision, values, insights, competitive advantages, and target demographics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Development: Assist in crafting and sustaining brand positioning strategies that set us apart in the marketplace.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Brand Design & Guidelines: Support the creation and maintenance of corporate brand standards, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
- Creative Development: Aid in the creation of marketing materials that enhance brand recognition and engagement.
- Market Insights: Participate in market research initiatives to uncover trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for enhancement.
- Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to ensure brand alignment across all customer interactions.
- Budget Management: Oversee team budgets and manage expenditures effectively.
- Training & Development: Contribute to the development of training content for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management and strategic planning, preferably within a top-tier agency.
- A proven track record in developing and nurturing brands, along with experience in brand architecture and campaign planning.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- A background in brand development within the FMCG sector or a similar environment.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
