Grooming Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Roosters Men's Grooming Center. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional consultative and barbering services to our guests, maintaining a spotless working environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

• Provide an Excellent Customer Experience: Engage with guests, understand their needs, and deliver personalized services that exceed their expectations.
• Provide Superior Consultative and Barbering Services: Offer expert advice on hair care, styling, and grooming, and perform high-quality barbering services that meet the highest standards.
• Opening and Closing the Store: Ensure the store is prepared for opening and closing, including setting up equipment, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Maintaining a Spotless Working Environment: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized, and ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition.

• Valid CT Barber or Cosmetology License: Possess a valid license to practice as a barber or cosmetologist in the state of Connecticut.
• At Least 6-12 Months Experience in a Fast-Paced Environment: Have a minimum of 6-12 months of experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the barbering or cosmetology industry.
• Dynamic Personality and Excellent Customer Interaction Skills: Possess a dynamic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
