Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Opening

At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' speech and language needs.
  • Educate and provide resources to teachers and parents about speech and language disorders and strategies to support students.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and student-centered approach to therapy.
