Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Donaldson. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of our filtration systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret assembly drawings to manufacture small housing filtration systems.
  • Read, understand, and identify blueprints and materials needed for each job.
  • Assemble equipment efficiently, utilizing basic hand tools and measurement devices.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
  • Meet quality expectations, inspect work for conformance, and date Shop Tags.
  • Segregate nonconforming or suspected nonconforming material in real-time and notify supervisor.
  • Comply with all standard work practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in an assembly-related role preferred.
  • Machining skills (lathe and mill) a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform a variety of tasks safely.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in and/or around loud machinery and handling repetitive motion.
