Job Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment at a partnering behavioral health facility in Louisville, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support to our members served. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing recovery treatment plans, administering medications, and providing medical and psycho-social care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement recovery treatment plans for members served
  • Administer oral and injectable medications
  • Provide medical and psycho-social care to members served
  • Act as a team member and provide input via reporting observations and concerns and asking appropriate questions
  • Review and implement recovery treatment plans for members served
  • Demonstrate ability to implement physical crisis and de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
  • Kentucky RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent nursing experience
  • Prior Psych nursing experience preferred
