Seeking a Change Management Specialist to facilitate Hexagon Implementation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee change management initiatives, encompassing communication strategies, alignment with sponsors, impact evaluations, team collaboration, and risk mitigation related to personnel.
  • Execute the Strategy Realization Framework (SRF) assessment to identify significant risks and develop a comprehensive mitigation strategy.
  • Develop and manage a holistic communication plan to ensure stakeholders receive consistent, relevant, and timely updates through various channels and feedback mechanisms.
  • Assess stakeholder impacts and devise strategies to overcome obstacles to change and necessary mindset adjustments.
  • Create and disseminate communication materials, including email updates, engaging presentation slides, content for monthly newsletters, FAQs, posters, videos, and other resources as required.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Knowledge Management teams to identify needs and create supporting materials as necessary.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and facilitate leadership meetings to provide updates and gather insights.
  • Participate in workshops and project team meetings to identify risks, craft key messages, represent the end user/customer perspective, and support effective meeting facilitation.
  • Establish post-implementation support structures (e.g., hypercare, office hours, tips and tricks, etc.).
  • Collect and promote user testimonials.
  • Administer the SharePoint site to serve as a centralized resource for project documentation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational change management, communication, and/or training.
  • Preferred change management certification (e.g., Prosci, La Marsh, CCMP).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, organizational skills, effective storytelling through presentations, and translating complex technical information into accessible communications.
  • Experience in cultural awareness, communication planning and execution, stakeholder engagement, job role design, and training planning or execution.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
