Career Opportunities

We're currently seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team in Dining Services. As a key member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care and culinary experiences.

About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403b retirement savings, paid time off, training, continuing education, and education assistance.

Job Description

As a Culinary Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing outstanding food in accordance with planned menus, following quality standards and sanitary regulations.
  • Assisting with timely preparation and delivery, portion control, and inventory management.
  • Maintaining proper kitchen cleanliness and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • One year of quantity or restaurant-style cooking experience.
  • Familiarity with food cost and operational control, point of sale, and diet management software (preferred).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
