As a premier choice for Heat Transfer manufacturing and MRO, we are seeking skilled Bench Mechanics for our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities:- Work under immediate supervision of team lead and/or supervisors to check and repair Aircraft Heat Exchangers and/or Aircraft Oil Cooler structural parts.
- Coordinate work with superiors on daily production targets and expectations.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
We require candidates with a High School Diploma or Equivalent, 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area, and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field. Willingness to train is preferred.
Candidates must be Licensed and/or Certified in certain areas of specialty, have effective communication and comprehension skills, mechanical inclination, and experience in using basic hand tools and air tools.
Able to interpret complex drawings, Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM), and Engineering Processes (EP) with limited supervision, lift up to 50lb, push, pull, reach, and stoop for up to eight hours.
Compensation and Benefits:The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience, plus shift differential pay of $1 for bench mechanics and $2 for welding positions working second shift.
