Job Description: The Psychiatric Care Specialist will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with mental health conditions. Responsibilities include:
   • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
   • Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
   • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
   • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
   • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a psychiatric or mental health capacity
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
   • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on patient-centered care
   • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job
