Job Summary

Oriana House is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction. As a key member of our residential program, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve recovery and regain control of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans to address clients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support services.
  • Administer medications, monitor client compliance, and maintain accurate records of medication management.
  • Provide education and guidance to clients on healthy coping mechanisms, relapse prevention, and life skills.
  • Participate in staff training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in chemical dependency nursing.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to OSHA guidelines and Oriana House policies.
Requirements
  • Valid Ohio LPN license.
  • 2+ years of experience in chemical dependency services or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and staff members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
