Job Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor - Delivery Team Leader to join our team at Something Different Party Rental. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our delivery teams, including developing and monitoring daily delivery/pick-up staff scheduling, performing daily routing, updating paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will also be responsible for resolving Road Team issues, documenting performance, assisting with annual performance evaluations, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a CDL license is preferred but not required. Experience working with motorized pallet equipment, dollies, and hand trucks is essential. A bilingual Spanish/English speaker would be advantageous.

The estimated salary for this role is around $70,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
