Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Neuro ICU

Tact Staff is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN to join our team in a Neuro ICU setting.

Job Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will have at least 9 months of travel experience and a strong background in ICU Neuro care. They will be able to float to stepdown and have a 1:4 ratio. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and CRRT are highly preferred. Assessment tools include Stroke signs/symptoms competency, NIHSS Certified, and Bedside Dysphagia screening competency.

Our travel nurse will be working in a certified stroke center critical care unit and will be familiar with current Stroke guidelines and performance measures for Acute Ischemic and Hemorrhagic strokes. IV-tPA administration and post-tPA monitoring competency are also required. State licensure is required, and a compact license is preferred. RTO is accepted, and charting experience with Meditech is preferred but not required.
