Site Surveyor

Trileaf Corporation is a leading architecture and engineering consulting firm seeking a skilled Site Surveyor to join our team. As a Site Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with site walks, measuring, sketching, and documenting site conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompanying a senior surveyor on site walks to gather data and information
• Measuring and sketching interior spaces, including windows, doorways, and columns
• Operating specialized LIDAR equipment to scan retail and convenience store locations
• Traveling extensively throughout the project duration, with a focus on Virginia and Maryland

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel safely
• Ability to stand for long periods and safely climb a 16' ladder
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management preferred
