Job Overview

SnugZ USA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Sales department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Executives in managing designated accounts, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales Executives to maximize coverage and revenue potential on assigned accounts.
  • Prepare presentations to inform customers of SnugZ USA products, decoration capabilities, marketing programs, and business solutions.
  • Engage with customers via email and phone to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas and contribute to organizational sales goals.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments through to completion, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including idea generation and process optimization.
  • Quoting projects and proactive ideation to drive business growth.
  • Manage and track in-process orders, including high-quantity orders, and submit weekly reports to the Big Boards leader.
  • Act as a central point of contact for customers and operations once orders are placed, resolving issues promptly and implementing solutions.
  • Assist Sales Executives with product updates, specials, and marketing opportunities to the customer base.
  • Prepare formal product and freight quotes with product suggestions for company programs.
  • Assist Sales Executives with comparative data analysis to discover growth opportunities within the customer base and new customer opportunities.
Requirements
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High interest in consumer products for marketing events and advertising.
  • High level of enthusiasm with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to generate solutions for business opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to utilize continuous improvement concepts and philosophies on a regular basis.
  • Ability to navigate through systems such as CRM, Syteline, Outlook, Excel, Wrike, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Must be customer-focused, confident, and goal-driven.
  • High adaptability to change.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, a self-starter, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
Language Requirements

Must be able to read and write fluently in English.

Work Environment

Open concept office setting with moderate noise levels.
