We are seeking a skilled Nursing Professional to join our team at the Good Samaritan Society. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings.
- Work under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician to ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
- Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document resident interactions and outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse or a nationally accredited nursing program as a Registered Nurse.
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN or RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
