Job Description
As a Freelance Mentor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one and group mentoring to side hustlers
- Helping side hustlers develop their side hustle ideas
- Setting goals and tracking progress with side hustlers
- Providing support and motivation to side hustlers
- Sharing knowledge and resources with side hustlers
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in side hustles
- Building relationships with side hustlers and other mentors
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Awareness of the trends in future of work, personal finance, and entrepreneurship
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- High level of initiative and positive approach
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with using social media and other digital tools
- A willingness to share know-how through video, livestreaming, and text content
- Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
