**Job Summary:**

We're looking for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience to work on a 13-week contract basis in Shakopee, MN. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, be a major team player, and maintain a positive attitude towards work and others.

**Responsibilities:**

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

  • Singling clinical reasoning to develop, implement, and evaluate nursing plans of care
  • Managing both emotional and physical patients, assessing patient and family level of understanding, and providing effective communication and education
  • Working collaboratively with medical staff to provide quality care in a compassionate and professional manner

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this contract position, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Major team player qualities
  • Willingness to assist others when needed
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards work and others

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.

**Location:** Shakopee, MN

**Job Type:** Contract/Temporary/Travel

**Work Experience:** At least 2 years of experience as a Labor & Delivery RN (Certified Labor & Delivery RN)
