Your Role: As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the meticulous upkeep of assigned guest accommodations, adhering to our high cleanliness standards while delivering courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep the supply cart organized and stocked.
  • Handle linens by sorting, counting, and folding.
  • Change bed linens and make beds to perfection.
  • Perform floor maintenance, including sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping.
  • Dust and clean furniture and fixtures.
  • Wash walls, ceilings, and windows to maintain a fresh appearance.
  • Sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
  • Empty waste receptacles and manage trash disposal.
  • Vacuum carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture.
  • Assist with moving furniture and managing drapes as necessary.
  • Restock guest room supplies, including amenities and writing materials.
  • Ensure lost items are properly tagged and reported.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any deficiencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, lounges, and corridors.
  • Replace light bulbs as required.
  • Conduct deep cleaning of guest rooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Provide additional housekeeping services for assigned rooms as necessary.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a self-driven Room Attendant who possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

  • Up to one month of relevant experience or training in housekeeping.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
