Position Overview
Under general supervision, the Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that assigned buildings and surrounding areas are kept clean, safe, and orderly. This role includes maintaining both indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as performing additional tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of cleaning methods, materials, safety protocols, and equipment utilized in janitorial services.
  • Effectively follow and execute both verbal and written instructions.
  • Establish and adhere to a cleaning schedule for designated facilities.
  • Monitor and report maintenance needs as they arise.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Submission of a current resume is necessary for all applicants.
