About the Position
We are looking for a Progressive Care Unit RN to work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week. This is a 13-week assignment that will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a high-acuity setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
