We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

• Prepare food and serve customers at the grill station in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner, following established steps of service.
• Ensures food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and serving temperatures.
• Cleans and sanitizes all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.

• Previous grill cooking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
