Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is seeking a Part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinical team in providing high-quality care to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
As a BCBA, you will oversee clinical programming, provide direct support to therapy clients, and ensure quality clinical care. You will also supervise and support Assistant Supervisors, collect and analyze data, and participate in department meetings.

Key responsibilities include:
- Completing Assessment and Treatment plans following Cortica's clinical model, BACB, and insurance guidelines
- Providing direct clinical and supervisory support to therapy clients, Behavior Interventionists, and Assistant Supervisors
- Ensuring quality clinical care, meeting all minimum supervisory and parent training hours, and maintaining productivity expectations
- Providing monthly supervision to all RBTs, completing paperwork, and at least 5% of hours in 1:1 and/or group supervision experiences
- Monitoring and updating programming aspects of each client's clinical case, and updating the team accordingly
- Providing supervision and support to Assistant Supervisors to collect, organize, and analyze data in support of progress report writing
- Meeting with the Director to review scheduled hours and ensure optimization of all supervision and parent training hours
- Participating in insurance authorization reviews with support from the ABA Site Leader
- Participating in and/or leading department meetings
- Participating in Clinical Integration Meetings for clients on your caseload
- Prioritizing and assisting in the implementation of safety initiatives

- Occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds

- A master's degree in a Human Services or related field
- A current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice within your clinical domain and obtain cross-state licensure in new states as indicated by the current business needs
- A working knowledge of ABA practices and experience working with children diagnosed with Autism
- Fieldwork experience, working in a home-based setting, and experience collaborating with cross-disciplinary agencies that work with autistic children and their families
- Skills in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information
