Naskila Casino is seeking a skilled Cook to join our Kitchen Team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing food production items and short order cooking for all Food & Beverage outlets.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare food production items and short order cooking for all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Work under the direction of the Sous Chef and Lead Cook to ensure efficient food production.
  • Meet the requirements of high-volume restaurants with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience as a prep cook or short order line cook in restaurants with high volume.
  • A combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered in lieu of these requirements.

Work Schedule: Swing/Overnight shift - Must be flexible to work weekends & holidays.
