Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Hughes Resources. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
  • Clean, adjust, and repair systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Perform warranty services and emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance functions and ensure compliance with appliance and OSHA standards
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in HVAC technician role
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training in HVAC field
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to purchase tools within 3 months, up to $5000
