Production Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Trainee to join our team at Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Midway, Georgia. As a Production Trainee, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in our Machining Department, including setting up and operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, and other related general manufacturing work.

• Set up and operate equipment for machining and inspections
  
• Operate hand tools and other related general manufacturing work
  
• Perform a variety of tasks in the Machining Department
  
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Develop skills and knowledge in machining and manufacturing
  

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  
• Ability to work night shift and overtime as needed
  
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  
• Ability to work in a team environment
  
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  

• Machinist certification
  
• CNC machining experience
  
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience
  
• 1+ years of experience operating mobile equipment
  
• 1+ years of experience using hand tools, power tools, and other related equipment
