Production Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team at Flexco Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in all operations of the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Visually inspect products as they are being produced to ensure quality and accuracy
• Load and unload conveyor belts, preparing products for shipping
• Perform manual tasks under varying temperature conditions in a manufacturing environment
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform semi-moderate to moderate physical activity
• Basic communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under deadlines.
