Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team on a 13-week contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid LPN license, at least 1 year of experience working in a skilled nursing facility, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs). You must also possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
