Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers with a courteous and professional attitude, providing prompt and efficient service at all times.
  • Donation Processing: Receive donations from customers, issue receipts, and assist with lifting items as needed.
  • Stockroom Maintenance: Sort and organize donations, maintain a clean and safe stockroom, and ensure that all items are properly stored and accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist coworkers as needed, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or stock handling experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
