Job Title: Esthetics Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Esthetics Instructor to join our team at Blue Cliff College. As an Esthetics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the theory and practice of esthetics, including the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, and other preparations for the care of the skin.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum for esthetics courses, including lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
  • Teach students the principles and techniques of esthetics, including skin care, makeup, and hair removal.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure students meet the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a comprehensive education.
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician licensure through applicable state board, required.
  • Cosmetology/Esthetician Instructors License required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a licensed cosmetologist/esthetician and be familiar with all aspects of the industry.
  • Some level of teaching or training experience is preferred.
