Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and treatment.
- Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members to identify potential nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
- Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Implement nursing interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies, and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and other aspects of care, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
- Current Nurse License: Possess a current and valid Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray on file.
- BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of prior Nurse experience is preferred, but not required.
- Enteral Feeds: Possess experience with enteral feeds and tube management.
- Tracheostomy Care: Have experience with tracheostomy care and management.
- Ventilator Management: Be skilled in ventilator management and weaning.
