We seek an experienced attorney to join our team as a Global Business Immigration Specialist. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of business immigration cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, and nonimmigrant visa petitions.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client service and maintain high standards of quality.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in business immigration law.
  • Proven track record of handling complex immigration cases, including labor certifications and nonimmigrant visa petitions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive salary, ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
