Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a clinician-owned company that prioritizes home healthcare. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team of clinicians serving the Massachusetts area. This Full-Time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000, along with the benefits listed below.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement treatment plans focusing on patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
Assess home environments for safety and provide recommendations for necessary modifications or equipment
Provide patient and caregiver education
Accurate and timely documentation

Requirements:

Home healthcare experience is recommended but not required
Candidates must have a MA Physical Therapist (PT) license and a minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (PT)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Salary Description:
