Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $69,600 and $115,200, depending on experience and location. As a full-time or part-time employee of the Good Samaritan Society, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Job DescriptionThis role involves planning, organizing, and delivering physical therapy programs that help clients recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. They will also be required to conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions, document client information, and educate clients and their family members about treatment plans and self-exercises.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for clients
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy interventions to promote client recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care
- Document client progress and communicate with family members and healthcare teams as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state where the job is located. You should also have experience working with seniors and be familiar with geriatric physical therapy practices. A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.
