We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Researcher to join our team at The Fountain Group. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory projects and experiments, developing methods, and generating and interpreting scientific data.
Key Responsibilities- Design and conduct laboratory projects and experiments to advance our understanding of chronic lung diseases such as COPD and IPF.
- Develop and implement new methods and techniques to improve data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate new targets for drug development.
- Contribute to the development of assay protocols and procedures.
- Interpret and communicate results to team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology or a related field.
- Strong hands-on skills in basic biochemical and molecular techniques, including cell culture, qPCR, and ELISA.
- Experience with primary human cell culture and assay development.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to critically analyze datasets.
- 0-3 years of experience in a research setting.
- Experience with MSD and IHC techniques.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and GraphPad Prism.
- Background in drug discovery and development.
