About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team at Torchy's Tacos. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ingredients on the grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations according to our recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook ingredients on the grill, fryer, sauté, and steam stations
  • Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish to ensure it meets our high standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work closely with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist with inventory management and stocking ingredients
Requirements
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to stand for several hours and lift up to 40 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules and hours
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
