Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing on-site representation for The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Virginia, MN, and ensuring the integrity of the Authority in all its operations and dealings with the public and other governmental agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol premises on a regular basis to maintain a visible presence and prevent disturbances or malicious damage.
  • Be available to assist locked-out residents and respond to emergencies.
  • Ensure common areas are neat, clean, and safe during non-business hours.
  • Report on housekeeping practices detrimental to the premises and enforce HRA rules and regulations for residents.
  • Submit daily time records as directed.
Requirements
  • Ability to work well with the public sector and make decisions in emergency situations.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and elementary mechanical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
