About the Role:
This senior leadership position will focus on leading the operational success of hospital-based ambulatory practices, with a key emphasis on efficient operations, patient satisfaction, growth management, and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance outpatient services, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the cardiovascular leadership team to align initiatives with system goals and objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements:
- Board-certified cardiologist with 5+ years of experience in clinical care and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving improvement and excellence in patient services, faculty satisfaction, and staff morale.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships across disciplines.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and change management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $350,000 - $450,000 per annum.
