About the Role

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes, and contributing to the development of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' needs and developing individualized plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, manage transitions, and ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in the state of practice.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an RN, preferably in a similar healthcare setting.
  • Excellent clinical skills, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
