We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our well-established practice in San Antonio, Texas.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Family Medicine Physician to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Develop and maintain a patient panel of 15-25 patients per day
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Guaranteed base salary of $230,000 per year, with earning potential up to $325,000 per year
- 4-day work week option after one year of service
- 1.5 months of paid time off per year, including four weeks of vacation and two weeks of holidays
- Full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, malpractice, CME assistance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- 2 years of experience as a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
